RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION

Factory certified repairs enable you to continue meeting your application requirements.

To help improve your RMA customer experience, be prepared to submit the following information:

  • Sales Order / Purchase Order number(s)
  • Product information (model and Serial number)
  • Reason for return
  • Contact information and billing / return shipment address

Important Note: Return of material must comply with the applicable terms and conditions of original place of purchase and original equipment manufacturer. The transport expenses are at your charge. Returned material must go through your original place of purchase and requires a valid RMA number to be processed.

If you purchased product through an authorized distributor (AD), please request the RMA from the appropriate distributor where you purchased your product.

If you purchased directly from ENVEA and if you are an AD or a direct-customer who purchased the product(s) directly from ENVEA, please request the RMA from the appropriate customer service representative assigned to your account.

To open a material return request, please follow the steps below:

  • Sign in to the technical support platform below
  • Select from the menu on the left “ Seek assistance”
  • Then select “ Equipment support” in the center of the page
  • Complete the form by checking “Return Material Authorization
