Our most important asset is you, dear member of the ENVEA Group. You are our ambassadors, and your actions and behaviour represent the way we do business. Your daily commitment to uphold ENVEA’s Code of Ethics together with the business unit’s Code of Conduct helps maintain our good reputation and keeps us at the highest level.

Our stakeholders expect as much from a major Company such as ours. As such, we are all expected to work with responsibility, honesty, integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. These principles are embedded in our core values, which are based on fair and ethical business practices, and respect for each other.

ENVEA’s Code of Conduct outlines our ethical and behavioural guidelines. It clarifies what the company expects of you and, just as importantly, what you should expect from the company if, in the performance of your duties, you are confronted with a difficult decision or you suspect a violation of the rules.

Each and every one of you has the responsibility to comply with our Code of Conduct, practice it in your day-to-day activities and convey its values in your dealings with those who work with and for us. Violations of the Code of Conduct can put you, your colleagues, our business, and our customers at risk.

You must always remember that it is our own commitment to the company’s values, principles and standards that protects our ability to be successful.
