With over 25 years of expertise in mercury monitoring, ENVEA presents its new generation of Mercury CEMS. The SM-5 allows continuous, accurate and reliable measurement of very low concentrations of mercury in flue gas emissions.
The system has successfully completed the QAL1 test according to EN 16267 at the TÜV on the lowest range on the market (0-5 μg/Nm3), without the need for an integrated calibrator. It offers dynamic switching between ranges ensuring reliable measurement of emission peaks. Other certified ranges are: 0-30 / 0-45 / 0-100 / 0-1000 µg/m3.
The SM-5 guarantees a short response time and a stable measurement in all circumstances.
Finally, the analyzer has been developed to guarantee a low life cycle cost (Total Cost of Ownership):
- No need for carrier gas, dilution or air conditioning
- Reduced maintenance time
- Very low consumption of compressed air
