Responsabilities
This PMO Analyst position is a great opportunity for the right person who can provide the business and the Change & Transformation Programme with expert reporting, analysis, compliance, data driven decisions and high-quality project, programme and portfolio performance and administration. You will establish a standardized project management processes and implement tools to promote consistency and efficiency across projects. This includes project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. You will be assisting the PMO with their Transformation Programme and your duties will include :
- Providing PMO supervision and leaderships of various programmes and projects across the whole organisations (geos and BUs).
- Ensure all projects are carried out in accordance with the Company’s strategy.
- Supporting the projects by Managing data and providing analytics.
- Managing Risk and issues.
- Forming reports of the programmes through Excel and other systems to the governance team.
- Developing dashboards to monitor performance.
- Maintain an effective interface with other operations and functional leaders.
- Other adhoc duties.
Profile
With a 5-year degree from a business school or engineering school, you have significant experience (3 years +) in a company or consultancy.
You have an in-depth understanding and experience of project and resource planning in a change management context.
You have the confidence and excellent communication skills to interact with a range of stakeholders.
You have a culture of continuous improvement by identifying best practice, implementing process improvements and driving iterative improvements in project management practices.
You enjoy developing and implementing new processes and procedures.
You also like to be one step ahead by anticipating stakeholder needs and identifying/anticipating issues to ensure accurate planning and resolution.
You enjoy working in an international context.
You should have strong MS Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint) and enjoy manipulating data.
