Purpose
The Product Manager (PM) collaborates with the Market Engagement and Product Strategy (MEPS) Team, the R&D Team and other functions within the wider ENVEA group to maximise the profitability of the product range assigned to them. As part of the wider Product Management team within ENVEA Group, the PM will also collaborate on Product Management processes and best practise. This role will be the voice of the products assigned to them, to external audiences including customers, distributors, events and campaigns.
The Gas Analyser products, mainly produced at the ENVEA Poissy, France site, cover a wide range of emissions monitors and supporting products. This role will own the full product lifecycle, product strategies and roadmap of those products. This role will work closely with R&D to develop and launch new solutions worldwide and will be instrumental in gathering VoC and market requirements.
This role will support the Sales teams in revenue generation activities and will support Marketing in campaigns and events.

Duties
- Conceive, plan, develop, qualify, launch, deliver and retire the assigned product range
- Develop the product strategy through optimised product lifecycle management
- Create and collaborate on go-to-market plans that enable ENVEA to grow its market presence and gain market share as a turnkey solutions provider
- Gather the voice of the customer, competitive intelligence, market research, and customer requirements to develop justifications and business cases for new products/services and champion them through phase gate development, taking the lead on the launch and deployment
- Gain industry knowledge and product knowledge through focused activities, events and presence in the market
- Train Sales, Service and other functions on the product technology, features, advantages and benefits
- Work alongside the ENVEA Product Management team to contribute to the ENVEA Group roadmap, Product Management processes and Revenue Team processes
- Support the Sales teams as required with collateral, technical support and campaign input and development
- Be the voice of the product, the PM team, the Revenue Team and the ENVEA group at internal and external events
Qualifications and Experience
- A good understanding, experience and skill in product management or product marketing management
- Demonstrable knowledge of sensors, measurement/metrology and/or analytical measurement techniques
- Demonstrable knowledge of gas measurement technologies in industrial applications such as GC, UV, spectrometry, NIR, CLD, FT and others would be an advantage
- Demonstrable experience in managing product ranges in B2B technology markets
- Experience managing products provided through a varied channel mix including direct, OEM, and distribution channels
- Experience in influencing cross-functional teams to execute the product strategy
- Experience in gathering market inputs like the voice of the customer, Competitor Intelligence and Market research. The ability to determine outcomes and present evaluations of the data in a strategic format
- Some B2B Sales experience would be an advantage
- Good English speaking, reading and writing would be an advantage
Travel and Location
This role will be located in France, and regular attendance at the Poissy, Paris office will be required. Occasional international travel will be required to perform duties.
