Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Strategy and ESGQ, you will be responsible for structuring and harmonizing the Quality management process for the entire Group, in liaison with the company’s various departments (R&D, Production, etc.) and all the Quality teams attached to each of the company’s sites. You will also work in liaison with various auditing organizations:
- Manage the management plan and ensure the recording and follow-up of all ISO 9001 system documentation;
- Manage updates to documentation referenced in the QHSE system;
- Standardize certification and Quality processes within the Group.
- Prepare and lead QHSE management reviews;
- Carry out and follow-up internal and external QHSE audits;
- Manage and communicate ISO 9001 system indicators;
- Prepare and participate in audits for European product certification (EN15267), and Chinese certification;
- Carry out statistical analysis and root cause analysis of non-quality data (NC, DC, TS, sub-guarantee, audit deviations);
- Statistical analysis of data from metrological qualification of manufactured products;
- Control and manage the product-related design change (DC) process;
- Participate in design reviews of product projects in the industrialization phase;
- Implement Total Quality concepts and Six-Sigma-based methods;
- Implement curative, corrective and preventative actions;
- Declare new products on the market to eco-organizations;
Profile
With a MASTER’s degree or equivalent in quality or continuous improvement, you can demonstrate several years’ experience in the field of quality in an international context, with a first experience of cross-functional management.
You have a good knowledge of performance and product certification standards, as well as of metrological “control chart” development and laboratory requirements and methods (ISO17025).
You also have a good knowledge of supplier and internal audit methods, and an understanding of gas and dust metrology.
Your writing skills (technical operating procedures, organizational/managerial procedures) and your ability to analyze and solve Quality problems will be essential for this position.
A good level of computer skills (IS/IT) and English (written and spoken) is imperative.
