Role Overview:
ENVEA is a world class manufacturer of environmental and process management hardware and software solutions. Our equipment and technologies encompass gas analysers, dust monitors, bulk solids measurement, flue gas flow meters, and air quality monitoring systems, alongside data processing and reporting solutions.
To continue our exciting growth journey, we are developing our team and looking for a candidate with a background in Gas and Dust High Performance Monitors, or other technically advanced “Systems” sales, which enables solution selling covering the integration of Products and Services, within the target market you will be instrumental in driving the strategic sales plan to deliver top line growth and market share gains, by offering solutions that meet customer pain points and needs for compliance. You will be responsible for actively developing and engaging new and established customers in the focused industries and a defined territory, to achieve presence in the market, sales targets and long-term sustainable partnerships, supporting the ENVEA Strategy.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan, aligned to the strategic priorities of the UK team.
- Assess customer needs, pain points, economic drivers and align/provide Envea solutions accordingly, through ongoing VoC conversations, site visits and SoMe presence.
- Deliver consistent market growth through the identification of new customers and market opportunities using knowledge of the industries and UK regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with inside sales, local colleagues and the wider supporting network to ensure best in class customer satisfaction.
- Carry out technical demonstrations and presentations to open new opportunities for customers. utilizing solutions selling methodology and tools.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies and processes to achieve sales plan targets.
- Ensure comprehensive understanding and use of opportunity funnel, forecasted bookings/revenue and sales cycle management. (CRM & ERP).
- Install best in class account management and funnel management. Provide market analysis, identify industry trends and understand the competitive landscape to adapt the
- Envea offering to meet customer needs.
- Create outreach to build multi-stakeholder relationships through SoMe, participation in exhibitions, trade shows and conferences.
- Work with colleagues to provide a coordinated solution selling approach for the full Envea offering to develop and deliver new routes to market.
- Actively support and engage with marketing and product development to drive new campaigns.
Knowledge and Skills:
- A strong understanding of current and future environmental Air Quality legislation with connections with the British and Irish Environmental Agencies, and/or a strong background on Industrial processes oriented in the Combustion and Incineration market, an ability to develop market intelligence and create contacts and leads across all national Air Quality Institutes and/or industries connected to the CEMS systems applications market.
- Managing major account customers and large contracts in a technical environment including AQMS / Field instrumentation / process analysers/ CEMS/flow meters/ pressure sensor/bag filters for industrial emission control.
- Selling to Process industry end users (non-combustion e.g. foundry, minerals, chemical, food companies etc.) or Combustion end users (e.g. power, utilities, incineration, large metal processes, etc.)
- Possess a demonstrable track record of achieving challenging sales targets and delivering market share growth
- Knowledge of CEM’s and/or ideally having additional knowledge/background in one or more of the following: Industrial instrumentation/ analysers/ Flow meters/ Pressure sensors/Bag filters for industrial emission control
- Experience in using ERP and CRM systems. (Sage and Salesforce)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
Travel:
This is a hybrid role within the designated area and the post holder must be sufficiently mobile to undertake daily flexible travel within the designated area on a weekly basis, with overnight stays as required. Additional travel to head offices in Swavesey Cambridgeshire and Tranmere will also be required, ideally once every two weeks. Overseas travel may be required for training and specific events.
